PITB will provide and maintain a dedicated centralized registration portal, for the processing of applications, verification, enrollment and graduation.
PITB will Develop a comprehensive training curriculum covering essential in-demand digital skills and regularly update the training content ensuring trainees gain relevant skills that reflect market need and trends. Additionally, add new training domains upon request from partner after a review.
Announcements of admissions, courses, and class commencements will be shared on e-Rozgaar social media accounts managed by PITB for organic reach. PITB team will respond to comments, and queries received on social media and coordinate with the designated focal person for media content as needed for marketing in the local area to get more applications.
Review and assess trainers suggested by Partner institute or shortlisted by PITB, through a proper scrutiny process incorporating initial screening and technical interview.
PITB will Conduct 15-hour extensive Training of Trainers (ToT) sessions to equip trainers with the necessary knowledge and teaching methodologies, focusing on enhancing their effectiveness in delivering the curriculum and supporting trainees.
Ensure the quality and overall effectiveness of the program incorporating trainee feedback and annual review meetings with Partner institute.
PITB will Provide assistance with digital banking services, including facilitating account openings with various banks to promote financial inclusion and ease of transactions for trainees.
Manage and conduct the final assessment of trainees to determine their successful completion of the program, qualifying them for training completion certificate.
PITB will award digital certificates to successful candidates in accordance with the graduation criteria, featuring co-branding from both PITB and the partner institutes and obtained grades.
